Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine, declared “let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food”. Food to me, is not just fuel for the body. I needed help, healthy was work. I've found a passion now in eating as healthy as I can, as organic as I can. I'm not perfect but I'm having fun and love to share

I try to source my produce, meat and dairy products from Organic based stores, local farmers or local farmers markets that share my commitment to sustainability and ethical practices. The ingredients I use and share will always try to be fresh, seasonal and hopefully bursting with flavor!
